Transformational Breath Work is a powerful traditional rhythmic breath practice, that balances the physical and the mental. Recirculating the system, releasing tension and easing the body into a deep reset and meditative state. Enjoy this practice in addition to halo therapy while lying in antigravity chairs. A sound bowl will be played during the breath work and at the end of the evening a refreshing elixir will provided.
