Dear Friends, please forgive me in advance, but if someone is even 15 min late, we cannot guarantee the full duration of the booked service. Better if you arrive 5 min earlier.

It also often affects the entire schedule, especially on Saturdays and Sundays.

We usually try to make sure we arrange/fix the schedule to make sure you receive your services, but, again, we do not want you to be upset with us if you are late and we cannot provide the full duration.

I know this is a hospitality business and we are trying to be cool. But.

If it is Emergency Room or something significant, i will understand.

Other than that, please do not try to reschedule less than 24 hrs.

We block services on the website and lose business if someone tries to reschedule less than 24 hrs. Do not push us to do so, please. Thanks.

Business owners try not to show you they are upset, but trust me they are. They just try to hide it. I am being honest with you. People who know me or owns a business will understand.

If you did not show up or are trying to reschedule less than 24 hrs, unfortunately, i will not be able to refund nor give you the credit any longer.
