Service Description
Here is some info for your visit: 1. Everyone who is doing plunge needs to fill out this form (please copy this link and paste it to be able to open it up) https://forms.wix.com/f/7034622933444068162 2. Bring swimsuits/trunks and plastic bags for the wet stuff afterwards (for the plungers only) 3. Clean socks (for the leg compressions). Comfy clothes. 4. Preferably no foundation nor body lotions please. 5. Flip flops would be easier to wear during the spa visit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 24 hours will be charged for missed service prior to rescheduling. Exceptions may be made on occasion, but this is the policy. Please read your appointment notifications carefully, and be respectful of others time. We will always do our best to accommodate you.
