I invite you to an unique Yin/yoga nidra duet class. We will start with 40 minutes of long deep stretches held from 3 to 6 min to reach deep in the fascia. Along with deep breathing and halotherapy we will invite deep healing and comfort in the physical body. The last 20 min we will go in a deep trance called yoga nidra where we bring the mind in the twilight zone, access the subconscious mind and embed a sense of deep stillness and inner peace and sense of integration of all our 10 bodies. I would be honored and delighted to share my practice with you!
