This class is held at a slower pace, and is suitable for beginners, those with injuries, and students who have a developed practice. The postures will be held for a longer period time, softly releasing tension and tightness. Most postures will be laying down or seated, though some balance and strength will be incorporated in. We will focus on the mind/body connection through breathe awareness. Each class will be begin and end with breath work/meditation.
